Hello everyone. I am Sanae, a member of the Memorial Event Committee.
三回忌のイベントも山場を迎える今日この頃です。
今日は少しプログラムのお話をシェアさせていただきます。
We are now in the midst of the preparations for the Memorial Event.
Today, I would like to share a little bit about the Program.
今回、ハーモニーサイクルプログラムを学んだ卒業生によるメッセージ動画を企画しました。 アイリーンの言葉や、アイリーンから学んだことで一番心に残っていることは何ですか？ それによって今どんな風に変われたと思いますか？ そんな質問のインタビュー動画です。 そして、アイリーンと一緒の写真などもシェアしていただきました。 | We have planned a video message from graduates of the Harmony Cycle Program. What is the most memorable thing you have learned from Irene? How do you think it has changed you? This is the interview video of the answers to those questions. And they also shared photos with Irene. |
アイリーンやみなさんの笑顔がいっぱいで、見ていると本当に胸が”きゅん”として涙が出そうになります。 | Irene and everyone's smiling faces are everywhere. Seeing them really really touch my heart and I almost cry... |
深い感動や、生きる勇気が湧いくるような、そんな気持ちも感じます。 アイリーンを知る人はみんなきっと、同じことを感じると思います。 | I also feel deep touched and like I am being encouraged to live! I am sure everyone who knows Irene will feel the same way. |
アイリーンは亡くなってしまってけれど こうやって、その愛をいっぱい感じることができます。 | Irene passed away, but we can feel her love like this. |
例えば、アイリーンのケンブリッジファミリーの方からもビデオレターをいただきました。そのときのメールにこんなことが書いてありました。 | For example, we received a video letter from one of Irene''s Cambridge family. The e-mail I received from them said as follows. |
彼女は本当に特別な人でした。温かくて、知的で、寛大で、信じられないほど勇敢でたくましく、そしてもちろん一緒にいて楽しい人！ | "She was a very special human being; warm, intelligent, generous and incredibly brave and resilient and of course fun to be with too!" |
イベントではご主人のRussellさんやお兄さまのIonさん、他にもアイリーンと繋がりがあるいろんな方の言葉や、スピーチ、歌、発表や、恒例のスペシャル動画などのプログラムがあります。 アイリーンへの愛がいっぱいです。 | There are other programs such as speeches, videos, songs, presentation and words from husband Russell, her brother Ion and various people who are also connected with Irene as well as the special videos of Irene. Lots of love for Irene. |
アイリーンはステージ4のガンを生き抜きながら、私たちに、多くの人にBIG LOVEと笑顔を与え続けました。 | Irene continued to give us her BIG LOVE and BIG SMILE while living her life to the fullest through her stage 4 cancer! |
そして、その愛は消えることなく それぞれの人の中にずっとあって どんどん育って、広がっているのを感じています。 | And I can see that the love has never disappeared, but has always been there in each of us, growing and spreading! |
そしてアイリーンもまた アイリーンを知る全ての人から 今天国で愛をいっぱい受け取り続けているんだろうな | And I think that Irene is also receiving lots of LOVE from everyone who knows her right now. |
そんな風に三回忌の準備をしていて感じています。 | That's how I feel as I prepare for Memorial Event. |
日々の忙しさの中で、心の中にある愛を
一瞬忘れそうになること私もよくあります。
4/23は、一時手を止めて
アイリーンのことを想い
アイリーンの生き方、愛にまた触れて
そして、一緒にアイリーンに愛を届けませんか？
In the busyness of our daily lives,
I sometimes forget for a moment the love that is in our hearts.
On April 23, why don't we pause for a moment,
think of Irene, touch Irene's life and love again,
and then send our love to Irene together?
